Kwon Hee-mang lives as a shut-in with no real job or friends — a total homebody. But one day, after an unexpected accident, she gains the ability to see ghosts. To make things worse, a ghost named Kim Sa-rang, whom she meets at the hospital, latches onto her and refuses to leave. Sa-rang tells Hee-mang she’ll peacefully depart only if her lingering regret is resolved. Her regret? She died just one month after finally confessing and dating the man she had loved for so long — without ever taking things to the next level. Sa-rang wants to borrow Hee-mang’s body to relive a bit of romance with her ex-boyfriend and then move on. Before Hee-mang can even respond, Sa-rang possesses her body and goes off in search of the ex. The ex-boyfriend turns out to be Woo Tae-min, a college student eight years younger, freshly discharged from the army and celebrating the start of the semester at a party. Sa-rang (inside Hee-mang’s body) suddenly grabs him and kisses him out of nowhere. When the possession ends, Hee-mang is horrified — she just kissed a guy almost ten years younger and instantly becomes known as the crazy unemployed shut-in woman on campus. Mortified, she runs away. Meanwhile, Tae-min, who’s an outgoing, popular guy everyone in the department knows, can’t stop thinking about her. Instead of feeling disgusted, he’s strangely excited — because his ideal type has always been a bold older woman, and Hee-mang just might be the one he’s been waiting for…
