Okizari ni Sareta Hanayome wa, Henkyou Kishi no Bukiyou na Ai ni Kizukanai

Liza, the king's younger sister confined to a remote palace due to her mother's low status, is ordered by her brother to enter a political marriage with the frontier margrave, Elland. She hopes to finally escape her life of isolation, but after the wedding, Elland declares he cannot take her to his territory and leaves her behind at the palace. Five years pass as she waits for him, believing his promise to return. But when she hears rumors that divorce papers have been sent from him, her fragile hope begins to shatter.
