Summary

The Fukurogi Incident a serial murder case in which 23 murderers met their end at the hands of an active police officer, Fukurogi Nodoka. Nodoka, presumed dead after her execution, awakens to find herself informed by a mysterious girl, Lassey, that shes been made to participate in a battle royale between resurrected heinous murderers. Nodoka, driven by the desire to prevent further atrocities by these resurrected criminals and eliminate their kind from the world, plunges into this distasteful game.
