Taisei Sengoku was subjected to gruesome violence by his stepmother and older brother, ultimately having one of his eyes gouged out. When he wakes up in Tenho Hospital, he discovers that a bizarre eyeball has been transplanted into him. Astonishingly, that eye belonged to Sogen Kanzaki, a monstrous man who harbored Multiple Personalities during his lifetime.
