Billy Lucas, an ex-cop with a checkered past, is hired as a bodyguard for a naive young heiress named Julia. Originally ordered to watch her from a far, Billy is forced to intervene when she sneaks off alone. After hearing from Julia about her sheltered life, Billy decides to take her on an adventure and show her the things she has missed out on.
