Summary
Maeda Mitsuyo, the greatest judoka, and grandmaster of Brazilian jiu-jitsu had a tiny problem. A no good punk has been beating the students of the Kodokan judo school. To seriously start crap like that in the middle of "the slums" and their gangs... gangs that get along with each other now, but are still considered armed and dangerous in the rest of the city? Were those dark guild guys looking to get "disappeared" spouting about how badass they are and what they're going to do to everyone there?
