Or perhaps it would make more sense to say that an ordinary, non-powered candidate at the prestigious Hero Academy is none other than Ha Jin-seok, the world’s greatest villain, reincarnated. When his initial plan of lying low fails, Jin-seok, A.K.A Chang-sik, starts changing the course of history.
