Summary
One day Shi Lei, a good looking guy, received a mysterious black credit card with no money limit and a set of strange and life threatening rules. becoming addicted to his spending habits all he does after waking up is spend money. “will i really die if i don’t use the money? ” “I’ve heard that growing stronger makes you lose your hair, how about being rich?” “What? The one who has the closest relationship with me can help me spend money without breaking the rules?” “Spending money with childhood sweethearts! Spending money with beautiful ladies from heaven! Spending money with cute little girls! I am your personal ATM! Oh yeah!”
In a system like that there would need to be rigorous documentation and certificates of prior ownership/guardianship or else anyone and everyone would just get grabbed off the street and enslaved at any time, and such a society would collapse instantly. So these slavers wouldn't have such documentation unless it was a forgery since the kids were just kidnapped; both offenses should be very serious capitol crimes. Once again, the day is saved by glorious Bureaucracy! (and the MC's knowledge and exploitation there of).
