Bird Strike

Avians, descendants of the Prime Flying Beast, are a mystical race of winged beings with the power to heal others with their feathers. While living in peace, at one with nature, their serene existence is shattered by a series of unspeakable violations enacted by the empire of men, resulting in descrated graves, stolen corpses, and missing Avians. Vio, a Half-breed mutant Avian, joins a vengeful raid party on an attack on the imperial palace, only to fall behind and be captured by the imperial guards. During his time in captivity, Vio crosses paths with Lou, an illegitamate princess curious about avians. As outcasts in their respective worlds, Vio and Lou confront the harsh realities of discrimination and deception. Can these two young adults bridge the gap between their worlds and find acceptance among and for their own people?
